Three limit sizes of bending
1. The minimum shelf size c of sheet bending is related to the thickness of the sheet
a. The shelf size c of sheet thickness 1mm~3mm is 3mm;
b. The shelf size c of sheet thickness greater than 3mm is equal to the sheet thickness
2. The relationship between the minimum limit size of the angle ruler edge bending a min (see Figure 2) and the sheet thickness, bending radius and shelf size is shown in the table.

3. Minimum limit size of the outer edge bending
A. The minimum dimension d from the center of the die slot to the outside of the die
B. The minimum limit dimension b min from the center line of the second bending die slot to the outside of the straight edge of the plate
Minimum dimension from the center of the mold slot to the outside of the mold
4. The maximum limit size of the inner warping edge is shown in Figure 4
The maximum limit matching size of the b side and the a side is determined by different upper cutting molds, see the reference size in the figure below
5. The maximum limit size of the inner warping of the front edge of the upper knife edge is shown in Figure 5. The maximum limit matching size of the b side and the a side is determined according to different upper knife molds.
