1. Clean the pinion, pinion bearing, and bearing housing. After cleaning, lubricate the bearings and tighten the screws on the cover. Check if the reducer and auxiliary reducer housings are clean. If cleaning is necessary, apply machine oil after cleaning. Measure and check the length of the couplings, and check if the couplings on the reducer output shaft and pinion shaft are properly installed.

2. Clean the foundation and foundation holes.
3. Construct mortar blocks for the reducer, motor, and auxiliary transmission according to the elevation given in the drawings.

4. Pre-bending the sheet metal: First, adjust the sheet metal to be pre-bent to the appropriate position (determined by the desired pre-bending location). Second, adjust the support movement cylinders to move the two supports to a suitable position for easy pre-bending of the sheet metal. Finally, operate the upper roller to press the lower cylinder onto the sheet surface (left and right parallel).

5. Rolling the sheet metal: Start the main motor and operate the press button (left and right synchronously) to begin rolling. No one should be present on either side of the rolling machine during operation to prevent the rolled workpiece from slipping out and causing an accident. Allow the motor to rotate in the correct direction. After multiple pressurizations and rotations, the rolling process is complete.
