Understanding the Precautions for Using a Flange Forming Machine

The precautions for using a flange forming machine are as follows:
1. The equipment must be installed on a solid foundation and aligned so that the feed guide rail is horizontal.
2. Strictly adhere to regulations and safe operating procedures.
3. Operators should understand and master the structure, working principle, and maintenance checkpoints of the equipment.
4. Master the methods and sequence for starting and stopping the machine (operate according to the instruction manual for the electromagnetic speed-regulating motor). 5. If the equipment needs to be reversed while running, the speed control switch should be reset first, and the machine should be stopped for 1 minute before restarting.
6. When feeding the moving pressure roller, the fastening bolts should be loosened first. After feeding to the set point, the bolts on both sides of the driven roller should be tightened.
7. During use, the impurities in the pressure roller groove and on the surface of the worktable should be cleaned regularly.
