Recently, the JUGAO after-sales technical service team traveled across the ocean to Agadir, a major industrial city in southern Morocco, and successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and systematic operation training of a bending machine and a laser cutting machine at the customer's factory. Both machines are currently operating normally, the production site is orderly, and the factory workers have given unanimous praise to the equipment performance and the training effectiveness.
This task was time-sensitive and demanding. Upon arrival, JUGAO engineers worked closely with the customer team, strictly adhering to technical specifications at every step, from equipment foundation positioning and mechanical assembly to electrical connections and parameter calibration. For the laser cutting machine, engineers repeatedly tested different materials and thicknesses of sheet metal to ensure smooth cut surfaces and meet accuracy standards, focusing on debugging the hydraulic synchronization system and back gauge accuracy. Multiple sample parts were also trial-produced on-site, all of which passed the customer's quality inspection on the first attempt.
During the training session, engineers tailored a course combining theoretical explanations with hands-on practice, taking into account the operating habits of local workers. The content covered daily start-up and shutdown procedures, common graphic programming, mold replacement techniques, laser lens maintenance, and troubleshooting common fault alarms. Workers actively asked questions and practiced the equipment, creating a lively atmosphere. One experienced operator gave a thumbs-up, saying, "I used to think laser equipment was very complicated, but JUGAO's explanations were exceptionally clear. Now I can program the cutting myself, and I can control the bending angle very accurately, significantly improving production efficiency!" The customer's workshop manager stated that the stable equipment operation and excellent service have greatly boosted worker confidence, and they are very satisfied with JUGAO products.
