Recently, the JUGAO after-sales technical service team successfully arrived in Dammam, a major industrial city in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, and officially commenced the installation of a 30,000-watt ultra-high-power laser cutting machine at the customer's factory. After several days of intensive and orderly construction, the mechanical installation phase of the equipment has been completed—including bed assembly, guide rail leveling, worktable assembly, and the placement of auxiliary dust removal and cooling systems. All installation precision strictly adhered to JUGAO's factory standards, and the machine passed the customer's initial on-site acceptance on the first attempt.
Currently, the main body of the equipment is ready for power-on, and the site is awaiting full connection to the factory's power system. Once power is connected, JUGAO engineers will immediately begin subsequent work such as laser power-on testing, parameter optimization, cutting process debugging, and trial cutting verification to ensure the equipment is put into production in optimal condition in the shortest possible time.
During the installation, the JUGAO team overcame the local high temperatures, maintained close communication with the customer's on-site personnel, and efficiently advanced each process. The client's representative highly praised the professionalism and installation quality of JUGAO's engineers. Factory workers, witnessing the precise placement of this massive machine, marveled at its craftsmanship and level of automation. One on-site operations foreman remarked, "Although it's not powered on yet, just looking at its structural design and installation precision, I know this machine will significantly improve our production efficiency!"
The successful completion of the 30 MW laser project in Dammam marks another significant milestone for JUGAO in its deployment of high-power laser equipment in the Middle East market.
