Close the oil drain valve and open the oil fill port above it. Add fresh oil until the level reaches the upper red line on the sight glass. After filling, check the gasket and close the fill port securely to ensure a proper seal.
Step 8: Restart the Compressor
Start the compressor so the new oil can circulate through the system. Watch the oil level during operation. If the level falls below the lower red line, stop the machine and wait until system pressure returns to zero before adding more oil. Repeat this process until the oil level remains stable at the upper red line, then return the compressor to normal operation.
Step 9: Clean and Final Checks
After the maintenance work is complete, clean the air dust filter on the access door using compressed air so airflow through the machine remains unobstructed.
