JUGAO's technical service team traveled to Libya and successfully completed customer training in Misrata, receiving high praise

Recently, JUGAO dispatched a professional after-sales technical service team to Misrata, Libya, in North Africa, to conduct an in-depth operation and maintenance training for local customers on JUGAO's press brake equipment and CNC systems. The technical exchange was a resounding success, and the professional guidance and attentive service earned unanimous high praise from factory workers.

As China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry accelerates its global expansion, providing localized, refined after-sales service has become crucial for enhancing a brand's international competitiveness. The JUGAO team's visit to Misrata, a major industrial city in Libya, aimed to ensure that customers could fully grasp the performance of advanced equipment and maximize their production efficiency.

During the training, JUGAO engineers, using a combination of theoretical explanations and practical demonstrations, provided a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the press brake's mechanical structure, hydraulic system, daily maintenance, and the programming, parameter setting, and troubleshooting functions of the accompanying CNC system. The engineers provided hands-on guidance to local operators and technicians, engaging in in-depth discussions and answering questions they encountered in real-world production, ensuring the practicality and effectiveness of the training.

"We didn't have a deep understanding of this type of complex equipment before," said a senior local operator who participated in the training. "The JUGAO engineers' explanations were very clear and patient.
