JUGAO, a leading Chinese manufacturer of sheet metal and pipe processing equipment, recently completed the on-site installation and operation training of a series of high-end equipment in Cairo, Egypt. This project, encompassing high-power laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, and fully automatic pipe bending machines, marks a new milestone in JUGAO's localized technical support and service capabilities in the African market.
The equipment delivered and installed in this project consists of advanced models developed by JUGAO specifically for the international market, renowned for their high precision, high stability, and intelligent operating interfaces. The equipment will serve a large local metal processing company in Egypt, used for the production of building steel structures, furniture components, and engineering machinery parts, significantly enhancing its production automation level and product competitiveness.
During the intensive two-week period, JUGAO's senior engineering team not only efficiently completed the installation, commissioning, and precision calibration of all equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions, but also provided systematic, hands-on professional training to the core client's operators, programmers, and maintenance personnel. The training content covered all aspects of actual production, from equipment safety regulations, software operation, and programming techniques to daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
