With the increasingly widespread application of industrial robots, almost every industry is considering replacing manual labor with robots, including the welding industry. Like all industrial robots, welding robots consist of a robot body, control cabinet, and teach pendant programmer. However, welding robots also require a welding power supply, wire feeder, and welding torch. What should you pay attention to when using a welding robot for the first time?

What should you be aware of when using a welding robot for the first time?

1. Choose the location of the welding robot equipment. Welding robots include many high-precision parts, especially their control cabinet.

2. Good dust control is important, but a harsh environment can also reduce the robot's lifespan.

3. To avoid the adverse effects of environmental factors on the welding robot and extend its service life, try to place the welding robot equipment in a waterproof, dry, and low-dust location.

IV. The control cabinet and welding machine should be kept as far off the ground as possible.

V. When the robot is working, its center of gravity should be measured and its east-west orientation checked.

The emergence and application of welding robots have improved the working environment and reduced working hours for workers. Workers no longer need to work long hours; they only need to load and unload workpieces. They are also no longer required to endure the sparks, arc light, and fumes of welding, freeing them from heavy physical labor.
