Key Points about Square Tube Profile Bending Machines
The profile bending machine can complete the pre-bending, rolling, and straightening processes of profiles in a single feeding operation. The upper roller shaft is fixed, while the two lower roller shafts move in an arc relative to the upper roller shaft around a central axis. The lifting of the two lower rollers is hydraulically driven, and they can move in an arc around a fixed rotation center. Support rollers and straightening guide rollers are installed on both sides of the working rollers, which helps ensure the rolling quality of profiles with asymmetrical cross-sections (such as angle steel). This machine is a three-roller fully driven model, capable of pre-bending the ends of profiles. By adjusting the guide rollers, it can correct the twisting generated during asymmetrical rolling. All actions are controlled by buttons on the electrical control cabinet, with digital displacement display and an accuracy of 0.1mm. It can roll different shapes according to the profile cross-section. The advantages of this type of equipment are high precision in profile rolling and high working efficiency.

The guide rollers and straightening rollers of this profile bending machine have three movements:
(1) They can perform lifting and lowering movements;
(2) They can simultaneously perform arc lifting and lowering movements with the lower rollers;
(3) They can simultaneously perform rotational movements, ensuring the forming quality of the profile during the rolling process. The lifting and lowering displacements of the two lower rollers are digitally displayed, making it clear and intuitive. The machine is equipped with a vertical operating table for convenient operation.
The bed of the square tube profile bending machine is a welded steel plate structure, and it undergoes annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress. The machine has sufficient strength and rigidity to bend profiles within its capacity. By changing the mold, it can roll and bend profiles such as angle steel, flat steel, square steel, channel steel, I-beams, round steel, and steel pipes.
