Recently, the JUGAO after-sales technical service team successfully arrived in Tripoli, the capital of Libya, and officially launched large-scale equipment installation, commissioning, and systematic operation training at the local customer's factory. Tripoli, as Libya's political, economic, and industrial center, accounts for more than half of the country's total manufacturing output. This concentrated deployment of JUGAO's multi-category equipment will inject strong momentum into the customer's capacity upgrade.
The equipment delivered and installed this time covers six major categories:
Bending machines – for high-precision bending and forming of metal sheets;
Square tube corner cutting machines – specifically designed for corner cutting of tube ends;
Busline machining centers – enabling integrated punching, shearing, and bending of copper and aluminum busbars;

Powder coating and baking production lines – completing product surface spraying and curing treatments, realizing a complete manufacturing chain from material preparation, forming, welding to surface treatment.
Upon arrival at the site, JUGAO's electrical and mechanical engineers immediately began work, strictly adhering to technical specifications to advance equipment positioning, mechanical assembly, electrical connections, and parameter calibration. For the laser cutting equipment, engineers focused on optical path calibration and optimization of cutting process parameters; for the bending machine and busbar machining center, they meticulously adjusted the hydraulic system and positioning accuracy; the handheld laser welding machine underwent multiple rounds of trial welding verification, resulting in aesthetically pleasing and robust welds; the powder coating and baking paint production line completed full-line integrated testing, with stable operation of the temperature control and conveyor systems.
During the training session, engineers combined theoretical explanations with hands-on practice, tailored to the local workers' operating habits, systematically teaching equipment operation procedures, safety regulations, daily maintenance points, CNC programming, and common fault diagnosis. The workers actively participated in practical exercises, asking questions enthusiastically, creating a strong learning atmosphere on site. One operator who participated in the training said, "These machines are highly precise and efficient. The JUGAO engineers explained things very clearly and patiently, not only teaching us how to operate them but also imparting many maintenance skills. We are full of confidence in future production!"
