Recently, AMK Construction Company, a leading metal furniture manufacturer located in Berket an Nasr, Al Salam First, Cairo Governorate, Egypt, successfully completed a major technological upgrade of its production line by introducing advanced sheet metal processing equipment from JUGAO CNC. This upgrade provides a strong impetus for enhancing its competitiveness in the metal furniture market.
AMK has long focused on the design and manufacture of high-quality metal furniture. Its core product lines include metal chairs, metal sofas, metal door frames, and metal dining tables. Its products are known for their durability and modern design, making them popular in the local and surrounding markets. To meet the growing market demand and further improve product precision, production automation, and capacity, AMK's management, after extensive research and rigorous evaluation, ultimately chose to partner with JUGAO CNC.
In this collaboration, JUGAO CNC provided customized equipment solutions based on AMK's specific process requirements for processing metal sheets, tubes, and profiles. It is understood that the solution may include core equipment such as high-precision hydraulic bending machines and high-efficiency laser cutting machines. This equipment will be directly applied to key production processes such as precise bending of metal frames and rapid cutting of complex patterns, thereby optimizing the entire process from material preparation and forming to pre-welding treatment.
