Recently, a delegation from JUGAO CNC, a well-known Chinese CNC equipment manufacturer, visited Al-Qaeda Mustafa Ibrahim Factory, a renowned office furniture manufacturer in Qalyubb Governorate, Egypt. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on production equipment upgrades and technological cooperation, jointly exploring how automation can enhance the competitiveness of Egypt's local furniture manufacturing industry.
During the visit, the JUGAO team inspected the factory's production line. As a company specializing in office desks and chairs, the factory currently relies primarily on basic equipment such as pipe cutting machines and manual pipe bending machines for pipe processing and forming. The factory manager provided the JUGAO team with a detailed introduction to the current production process and frankly raised the challenges faced in expanding production capacity and improving product consistency and processing precision. With the increasing demand for high-quality office furniture in Egypt and surrounding markets, improving automation has become a key issue for the factory's development.
In the technical exchange session, the JUGAO team conducted a detailed analysis and evaluation of the factory's production characteristics and bottlenecks. Based on the demands for precision, efficiency, and complex shapes in furniture manufacturing, JUGAO experts offered a clear equipment upgrade recommendation: to introduce a 50-type CNC 4-axis pipe bending machine. This machine can automate feeding, bending, and angle control, significantly improving production efficiency while ensuring bending accuracy and repeatability, making it particularly suitable for batch processing of table and chair tubing of various specifications.
The factory highly appreciated JUGAO's professional advice and expressed strong interest in the recommended CNC pipe bending machine. The factory representative stated that they plan to attend the upcoming international industrial exhibition at the Egypt International Exhibition Center to inspect JUGAO's CNC pipe bending machine series and further discuss the acquisition.
