The 38CNC-4A-2S CNC pipe bending machine is a high-precision, fully automatic pipe bending device designed for metal pipes with a diameter of 38mm or less. This machine employs a hybrid drive system combining servo drive and hydraulic transmission, balancing control precision and bending power. High-precision servo control:

The feeding axis (Y) and the corner axis (B) are driven by Mitsubishi or Yaskawa servo motors from Japan, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm; the pipe bending axis (C) is driven by a digitally controlled full hydraulic system, with an angle accuracy of ±0.1°, ensuring consistency in the processing of complex pipe fittings.

Intelligent Operating System:

Equipped with a 10-inch color touchscreen and PLC control system, supporting two programming methods: XYZ coordinate values or YBC machining values. The system features program storage (capable of storing hundreds of sets), power-off memory, automatic fault diagnosis, and 3D simulation interference checking functions, significantly reducing debugging difficulty.
