When there are significant angle differences in the pipes processed under the same program and process parameters, it often indicates that the wear on the guide rail surface has affected the running stability of the carriage. It is recommended to use a digital angle measuring tool to compare the results of multiple bending operations. If the deviation shows a gradually increasing trend, it usually points to mechanical wear problems, rather than control system or software deviations.

2. Pay attention to abnormal vibration and noise.

Vibration is not only a disturbance during operation, but also a precursor to mechanical failure. When the guide rail surface is worn or poorly lubricated, the carriage will not move smoothly during movement, increasing friction, which can lead to noise, vibration marks on the pipe surface, and even localized overheating. During pipe bending, friction between the pipe and the mold may generate metal shavings or other particles. If these impurities adhere to the guide rail surface and are not cleaned in time, they will act like abrasives, accelerating guide rail wear.

Solution: It is recommended to install protective covers on the guide rails and establish a regular cleaning schedule. Use a dry cloth for cleaning, avoiding water to prevent rust.
