Today, the main structure of a high-standard electric-bath electrostatic powder spray booth, built by renowned industrial equipment manufacturer JUGAO, has been successfully completed in the Basra Industrial Park in Iraq. The smooth progress of this project marks a new era of greater efficiency and environmental friendliness in the automotive repair, heavy machinery manufacturing, and industrial equipment surface treatment sectors in the Basra region.
This newly constructed booth utilizes internationally leading electrostatic powder spraying technology and an electric heating and baking system. Compared to traditional painting processes, electrostatic powder spraying significantly reduces paint waste and volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, making it more economical and significantly reducing environmental pollution. The electric heating system, with its rapid heating, precise temperature control, and stable and reliable operation, is particularly well-suited to the climate and industrial demands of the Basra region, providing local customers with high-quality surface treatment results comparable to those of original equipment manufacturers.
