Recently, JUGAO's after-sales technical service team arrived in Sulaymaniyah, a city in northeastern Iraq, and successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and systematic operation training of laser cutting and bending machines at the customer's factory. As an important industrial and commercial center in Iraqi Kurdistan, Sulaymaniyah has experienced rapid manufacturing development in recent years. The successful deployment of JUGAO equipment will further help the customer improve its processing capabilities and production efficiency.
Upon arrival, JUGAO engineers quickly began work, strictly adhering to technical specifications to advance equipment positioning, mechanical assembly, electrical connections, and parameter calibration. For the laser cutting machine, engineers focused on optical path calibration, automatic focusing testing, and optimization of cutting process parameters. They conducted trial cuts on various plates, including carbon steel and stainless steel, to ensure smooth cut surfaces and excellent precision. For the bending machine, they meticulously adjusted the hydraulic synchronization system, back gauge accuracy, and die fit, completing multi-angle trial bends. The workpiece forming accuracy fully met the customer's process standards, and both machines passed on-site acceptance on the first attempt.
During the training session, JUGAO engineers, adapting to local workers' operating habits, employed a combined approach of theoretical explanation and hands-on practice. They systematically taught the operation of the laser cutting machine's graphic editing software, lens maintenance, nozzle replacement, as well as the programming settings, mold selection, and angle compensation techniques for the bending machine. The training included a special arrangement for each operator to independently complete a full work cycle, with engineers providing guidance throughout to ensure everyone passed. Workers actively participated in the practical exercises, creating a strong learning atmosphere. One experienced operator stated, "JUGAO's laser cutting machine is highly precise and fast, and the bending machine is very easy to operate. The engineers explained things clearly and patiently; now we can all independently complete programming and operation!" The factory manager highly praised JUGAO's equipment performance and after-sales service, and the factory workers unanimously gave it high praise.
