Recently, a delegation from JUGAO CNC, a leading Chinese company in the high-end CNC equipment field, visited the DEICO Engineering factory in Ramadan 10th City, Egypt, for a fruitful technical exchange and business visit. The visit aimed to gain a deeper understanding of Egypt's top-tier metal processing capabilities and explore cooperation opportunities in the field of advanced manufacturing equipment.
As one of Egypt's largest and most technologically advanced metal processing and service companies, DEICO Engineering showcased its modern production workshops and powerful equipment lineup to the JUGAO CNC delegation. Inside the factory, multiple high-performance fiber laser cutting machines, laser cutting machines, profile bending machines, laser welding machines, bending machines, hydraulic shearing machines, and plate rolling machines were operating efficiently, demonstrating DEICO's comprehensive strength and sophisticated technology in steel processing and services, as well as physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating.
During the visit, technical personnel from both sides engaged in in-depth and detailed exchanges on equipment performance, processing technology, and production efficiency improvement. DEICO engineering's management revealed its ambitious expansion plans to JUGAO CNC: a brand-new, modern factory is expected to be completed and operational by June 2026. To support the significant increase in capacity at the new plant, DEICO has developed a series of new product and production solutions and has clearly defined its requirements for next-generation high-end production equipment.
DEICO engineering stated that to adapt to the demands of future large-scale, high-efficiency production, they are actively seeking:
1. High-power laser cutting solutions: The company needs to introduce large 12 kW high-power laser cutting machines and upgrade some existing Italian ESA brand laser cutting equipment to improve the ability, speed, and precision of cutting thick plates.
2. Heavy-duty bending and profile processing equipment: The company plans to purchase large bending machines specifically for the efficient processing of structural profiles such as H-beams to meet the needs of infrastructure construction and other fields.
3. Automated production line integration: The company is committed to building highly automated production lines, specifically including automated production lines for cylinder production and automated welding production lines for mass production of standard products, aiming to significantly reduce labor costs and improve product consistency and production efficiency.
During the exchange, DEICO Engineering executives emphasized that JUGAO CNC's technological strength and product reliability in large-scale high-power laser cutting machines, heavy-duty CNC bending machines, and automated production line integration left a deep impression on them. They expressed strong interest in collaborating with JUGAO CNC and looked forward to JUGAO providing key equipment support and solutions for their capacity expansion and process upgrade plans.
