Recently, a delegation from JUGAO CNC, a Chinese CNC equipment manufacturer, visited a partner factory in Al Waralak, Giza Governorate, Egypt, for a fruitful technical exchange and business visit. This visit focused on the production needs and equipment upgrades in Egypt's outdoor advertising manufacturing sector, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties.
During the visit, the JUGAO team gained an in-depth understanding of the factory's production operations. As a local company specializing in outdoor billboard manufacturing, the factory is currently equipped with various types of equipment, including laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, engraving machines, and bending machines, possessing strong metal processing and forming capabilities. Mr. Khaled El Sayd, the factory manager, provided the JUGAO team with a detailed introduction to the existing production line processes, product features, and market positioning.
In the subsequent technical exchange session, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the technical performance, efficiency improvement, and process optimization of production equipment. Mr. Khaled El Sayd showed great interest in JUGAO's CNC press brakes, carefully inquiring about key parameters such as equipment precision, automation level, and applicable materials. JUGAO's technical personnel provided professional technical answers and solution suggestions tailored to the specific needs of their billboard production. This exchange yielded immediate results. Mr. Khaled El Sayd confirmed his intention to purchase a pipe bending machine in cash and simultaneously ordered a batch of laser cutting machine parts to meet his current production needs. Furthermore, he emphasized his strong appreciation for the JUGAO CNC bending machine and stated his intention to attend the upcoming industry exhibition at the Egypt International Exhibition Center to visit the site and further discuss the purchase of the JUGAO CNC bending machine.
