Recently, JUGAO's after-sales technical service team successfully arrived in Kirkuk, a major city in northern Iraq, and completed the installation, commissioning, and systematic operation training of the bending machine at the customer's factory. As an important oil industry center and northern manufacturing base in Iraq, Kirkuk has seen rapid industrial development in recent years. The successful deployment of JUGAO equipment will provide strong support for the customer's capacity expansion.
Upon arrival at the site, JUGAO engineers quickly got to work, strictly adhering to technical specifications to complete equipment positioning, mechanical assembly, hydraulic system debugging, and electrical connections. Focusing on the core precision requirements of the bending machine, the engineers concentrated on mold installation, bending angle calibration, and straightness adjustment to ensure all equipment performance indicators met factory standards. After multiple rounds of trial bending tests, the workpiece forming accuracy fully met the customer's process requirements, and the equipment passed on-site acceptance on the first attempt.
During the training session, JUGAO engineers, considering local workers' operating habits, adopted a combined approach of "theoretical explanation + hands-on practice," systematically teaching equipment operation procedures, programming optimization, daily maintenance points, safety regulations, and common fault diagnosis. The training emphasized interaction and Q&A, ensuring that each operator could operate the equipment independently and proficiently. Workers actively participated in practical exercises, creating a strong learning atmosphere. One operator who participated in the training said, "JUGAO engineers explained things very patiently and meticulously. The equipment is easy to operate and highly precise; we are full of confidence in future production!" The factory manager highly praised the quality of JUGAO equipment and its after-sales service system, and the factory workers unanimously gave it high praise.
