This visit not only deepened mutual understanding between the two companies in the metal processing field but also facilitated an important cooperation aimed at improving production quality and efficiency, marking a substantial step forward for both companies in promoting the intelligent and refined manufacturing of metal furniture.
AMK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is a factory specializing in the production of metal furniture and components, with a product line covering metal chairs, metal sofas, metal door frames, and metal tables. During the visit, the company's general manager gave the JUGAO CNC team a detailed demonstration of their existing production lines and several new products currently in production and development. The two sides held in-depth and constructive discussions on core issues such as how to further improve product quality, optimize production processes, and reduce overall costs.
Based on its recognition of JUGAO CNC's technical strength and equipment reliability, AMK Construction Company immediately decided to purchase JUGAO CNC's tube bending machine and CNC press brakes through a cash payment, injecting new momentum into its capacity upgrade. According to the agreement:
For the tube bending machine, JUGAO CNC will provide professional mold design drawings, and AMK will manufacture the molds locally in Egypt, enabling rapid technology implementation.
For the CNC press brake, AMK consulted on the special molds required for specific processes, and JUGAO CNC promised to provide detailed technical drawings. Furthermore, to meet urgent production needs, JUGAO CNC will also ship a batch of brand-new molds directly from China to Cairo, Egypt.
This cooperation does not stop there. AMK Construction Company's management further revealed that the company has developed an ongoing equipment upgrade plan. Although JUGAO's laser cutting machines are currently sold out and awaiting shipment of new equipment from China, AMK has already included high-end equipment such as laser welding machines and CNC rolling machines in its key procurement list.
AMK's General Manager specifically pointed out that the current production line mainly uses MIG welding technology, which not only requires extremely high skill levels from operators but also results in high overall welding costs. They believe that introducing JUGAO's laser welding technology will significantly reduce reliance on professional welders, substantially save welding costs, and improve weld quality and product consistency, representing a crucial step for the company towards efficient and energy-saving manufacturing.
