Proper Maintenance of Profile Rolling Machines
Profile rolling machines are high-quality, high-efficiency rolling devices that roll carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and other profiles into rings and flanges with diameters ranging from φ320 to φ6000mm. The machine uses two lower rollers as the main drive rollers, or three working rollers as the main drive rollers, with two side rollers moving in an arc around a fixed rotation center. Support rollers on both sides help ensure the rolling quality of asymmetrical profiles. This machine features advanced structure, reliable operation, small size, low energy consumption, high efficiency, no noise, convenient installation and use, simple operation, strong load-bearing capacity, long service life, and fast rolling speed.

Profile rolling machines are high-efficiency processing equipment specifically designed for rolling various irregularly shaped steel materials such as angle steel, channel steel, I-beams, flat steel, square steel, and round steel. When operating a profile rolling machine, operators must strictly follow the operating procedures. Only correct operation of the equipment can ensure safety. So, how should a profile rolling machine be maintained? Here are the maintenance methods:
1. Lubricate all oil cups and manual lubrication points according to the lubrication diagram.
2. If irregular noise, impacts, or other abnormal phenomena are observed during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
3. After connecting the power supply, perform forward and reverse movements of the lower roller and lifting/lowering of the upper roller to check for any abnormal jamming.

4. Strictly follow the plate rolling processing procedure and operating methods. Pay close attention to the safe operation of the equipment when the upper roller is raised or lowered to its limit position.
5. Only after the main drive has stopped can the upper roller be raised or lowered, the tilting bearing reset, and the upper roller tilted.
6. When using a crane to lift steel plates or rolls, be careful not to collide with the machine.
7. During operation, all personnel must coordinate with each other and obey the instructions of the person in charge of plate rolling. Do not start the machine without a command.
8. Pay extreme attention to safety when operating a large automatic plate rolling machine.
