With the rapid development of Vietnam's manufacturing industry, a key local metal processing company introduced JUGAO's high-performance CNC plate rolling machine to meet its growing demand for high-precision processing. To ensure the equipment could be quickly and accurately integrated into the customer's production line and fully utilize its advanced performance, JUGAO quickly assembled an elite after-sales team composed of mechanical, electrical, and programming experts, and tailored a detailed installation and training plan.
At the installation site, JUGAO engineers overcame challenges such as long-distance transportation and environmental differences, and with a rigorous and professional attitude, systematically carried out a series of tasks including unpacking inspection, foundation positioning, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and system integration. Leveraging their extensive experience, they precisely adjusted various parameters of the equipment to ensure that its operational accuracy, stability, and safety met the highest design standards.
